We originally started as a trading company
and then we opened company stores.
Most of the direct import shops are retailers
and almost all of them purchase products from some other trading
companies or agents.

We are not on the side of manufacturers,
but on the side of customers.
Most of tableware manufacturers have their own
agents called authorizedimporters.
Some manufacturers wanted us to be an authorized importer; however,
we chose to be a parallel importer because authorized importers
can deal only with the products of manufacturers.
Sometimes upon request, they have to sell what they do not really
want to sell.
Rather than that, to trade excellent products freely with a variety
of manufacturers leads to customers' satisfaction, we believe.
We chose to be on the side of customers at all times.
As a result, the prodcuts that we are dealing in so far have extended
to over 5,000 varieties from over 30 manufacturers in the world.

Is it possibly more reasonable
buying products overseas than buying in Japan? |

Our price is more reasonable than that
in local market because of our trustful relationship with shippers
overseas.
Nowadays, increasing number of people go shopping
on their trip to Europe, and/or shop by mail order. In view of
prices and varieties of products, we deliver you more satisfaction
for sure.
To give an actual example, when a member of Le Noble went business
trip to London, he bought tablewares at Wedgewood, and after he
came back to Japan, he visited us and compared the price to ours.
To his surprise, we offered better price than that of local market.
We have had business with shippers throughout the world for a
long time. Our efforts to build up reliable relationships with
them made our business become successful.
