	When you find an item that interests you, click the picture to see the detailed information and to start shopping.

	Choose the item, and enter the item number and the quantity
	Let us know if any of the items are gifts with making a mark in the box

Preferred Delivery Date & Time;
You can choose preferred delivery date & time from the choice of weekdays, Saturday or Sunday, and in the morning, afternoon, or evening.

We can receive your order for 24 hours everday, but we can not send reply on weekends and holidays.

After receiving your order, first we verify your credit card and then if your orders are in stock at our head office, we will deliver the goods as soon as possible.

However, in case of out of stock at out head-office storage and available at our other 7 retail shops, we'll send out the goods within a week.

Should we be out of a certain requested item, we will place an order with suppliers overseas;
therefore, it'll take some time to lay in stock.
It varies with the products.
We'll notify you the estimate delivery time either by fax reply or by e-mail reply.

We accept credit card only with the choice of VISA, MASTER, JCB, or AMEX.
All of the prices on our web page are listed in Japanese yen.
You are also required to pay 5% consumption tax, in addtion to the amount of the product.

Within a week after receiving your package, you may return any of the items at our expense only if it is a result of our error.

However regarding colors, please understand that there is a more or less difference between the photos and the originals.

We may not be able to exchange the products in case of no-stock.

Prior to returning an order or an item, please contact us with the order number, your name and the reason by FAX or e-mail.
Please cover send back-charge by yourself when the reason is due to your side.

We can not accept returns of the following types of items;
・used item
・damaged or flawed at your end
・no contact more than a week after delivery regardless of reasons
